  • Full-page and element-specific captures

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Screenshotty to:

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

  • API usage is subject to the rate limits of your subscription plan

  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse our services

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

  • Screenshotty retains all rights to our software, API, and documentation
  • You retain rights to screenshots you generate through our service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to screenshot target content

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENSHOTTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting RapidAPI to close your account, or by emailing legal@screenshotty.link
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
